Why is it, whenever I dunk my biscuits in my tea, they always break in half, leaving me with half a biscuit floating in my tea? scratch

Im from Australia, I do the same thing. Tea with biscuits is yumm. I prefer doing it with coffee, but its pretty much the same :D

I've found that those horrible "Rich Tea" biscuits are the best for dunking! I had a pack the other week and they never broke and plopped into my drink, unlike the Digestives did! laff

PS. I just had a Bourbon Cream break off into my Coffee! tongue laff

I don't get it...

Around here biscuits are bread you put ham in or butter and eat it...

And tea is cold with ice in it...

Why would you dunk a hot, fluffy, bread ball into a ice cold sweetened tea?
