My favourite game in the whole World, is an old Commodore Amiga CD32 game, called: DiggersYou control a race a miners, and your task is to get a set amount of shiny things before the other race beats you to it. Along the way, you'll encounter ghosts, skeletons, deadly water traps, killer plants, and even dinosaurs! To make life easier, you can buy dynamite, drilling machines, lifts, and even a rubber dinghy, to help your diggers across dangerous waters! Let's not forget the other race! As you dig, your opposition digs too, (trying to beat you to the goal) If you come across them, they will beat you to a pulp and steal your shiny things!

(The best way to handle the enemy, is to dig a hole that goes down for miles, and hope they fall down it!)
As you play the game, a beautiful and atmospheric background track plays.

From left to right: Grablins/Habbish/F-Targs/Quarriors...

You can download the PC versions
here! (Expect them to run a bit fast on a modern PC, but don't expect them to have the awesome CD32 background track!)

I don't have a
CD32 but I do have the
Oscar/Diggers CD and I can run that with
WinUAENext up, we have Shadowman (PC)Shadowman is my second favourite game. You play Michael LeRoi: Shadowman, on a quest to save the World from Legion's wrath! Your journey will take you across lava-filled caverns, rivers of blood, an underground station, and into the lives of some crazy serial killers! Shadowman has a friend in Deadside... A snake named Jaunty!
As you progress, you gain new abilities, allowing you to walk across hot coals, and even swim in lava, opening up previously inaccessible areas.
Here's a trailer for Shadowman...
and here's some in-game footage...
Try it for yourself! Download the demo
