Or is it just my Excellent network going weird and the sites arent loading it says : " cannot connect to the site" or "its taking too long for the server to load" . Stuff like that Soooo.... due tell me if im crazy ... also , when i try to log in as my deer it says connecting... and then error..... Thanks for the info~

It's not a problem on your end. ToT has been using unpredictable servers.
